Welcome to grtoto. By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by grtoto ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"), you ("you," "your," or "the User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and grtoto governing your use of our online casino, sports betting, and lottery services. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using our Platform and close any account you may have created.
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Platform following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, policies, or guidelines posted on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and other policies, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To register for and use grtoto services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that:
grtoto reserves the right to request documentary proof of your identity, age, and residence at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your Account and forfeiture of any Balance therein.
grtoto takes age verification seriously. All users must be 21 years or older. We may request copies of government-issued identification (KTP or passport) at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately closed, and all funds will be forfeited.
To use grtoto services, you must create an Account by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred username. You may only register one Account per person, household, IP address, or device. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorized by you, and you bear full responsibility for all transactions, bets, and activities associated with your Account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account, you must notify grtoto immediately at [email protected].
grtoto operates under international anti-money laundering regulations and is required to verify the identity of all users. Upon registration or at any time thereafter, we may request copies of identity documents including but not limited to Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, driver's license, utility bills, or bank statements. You agree to provide such documents promptly. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or Account access.
You may fund your Account using the payment methods available on the Platform, including major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods. grtoto does not charge deposit fees, though your financial institution may impose its own charges.
Deposited funds are available for use immediately upon successful processing. You acknowledge that all deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical error or fraud. Funds deposited into your Account are intended for gaming purposes only and may not be used for currency exchange, money laundering, or any other non-gaming activity.
You may request withdrawal of your Account Balance at any time, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures. Withdrawal requests are processed using the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits may apply based on your Account status and VIP tier.
Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals within 15 minutes to 24 hours during business hours (08:00-20:00 WIB). Weekend and holiday withdrawals may experience slight delays depending on bank processing schedules. grtoto reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time. We do not charge withdrawal fees for the first three withdrawals per calendar month; subsequent withdrawals may incur a nominal processing fee.
grtoto complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious transactions, deposits, or withdrawal patterns. You may be required to wager deposited funds at least once before withdrawal to prevent the Platform from being used for money laundering purposes. Unusual withdrawal activity, including withdrawal of deposited funds with minimal or no wagering, may trigger manual review and potential Account suspension pending investigation.
grtoto offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, maximum bet limits, game eligibility, and expiration dates. Bonus terms are clearly stated at the time of offer and must be satisfied before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses can be withdrawn.
Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements apply to both the bonus amount and any winnings generated from bonus funds. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. Games contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less or not at all. Full contribution rates are available in each promotion's specific terms.
grtoto reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings, and Account Balances if we determine that a user has abused or attempted to abuse any promotion, engaged in bonus hunting across multiple accounts, or violated any bonus terms. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are offered at grtoto's sole discretion. We may refuse, restrict, or cancel bonuses for any user at any time without explanation.
Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must meet the stated wagering requirement. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires you to place Rp 30,000,000 in total bets before the bonus and related winnings become withdrawable. Always check the specific terms for each promotion.
All games on the grtoto Platform are governed by their respective rules, which are available for review before placing any wager. Sports betting markets are settled according to official results from recognized sports governing bodies. Casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fairness and randomness. Live dealer games are conducted in real-time by professional dealers and follow standard casino gaming rules.
grtoto reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our discretion, particularly in cases of obvious error, technical malfunction, syndicate betting, or suspected fraud. Once a bet is placed and accepted, it generally cannot be canceled or amended except in the case of technical error or where permitted by specific game rules. All bets are subject to these Terms and the specific rules of each game or betting market.
Winnings are credited to your Account Balance immediately upon conclusion of each game or event. In sports betting, settlements are based on official results at the time of event conclusion. If a result is subsequently overturned, grtoto reserves the right to adjust settled bets accordingly. In the event of a technical error or display malfunction showing incorrect odds, game results, or payouts, grtoto reserves the right to void affected bets and correct balances.
You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of your Balance, and potential legal action. grtoto cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected illegal activity.
You acknowledge and agree that your use of grtoto services is at your own risk. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. grtoto does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, grtoto, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
grtoto shall not be liable for any losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, governmental actions, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, or technical malfunctions. We are not responsible for delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers or financial institutions.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless grtoto and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your breach of any applicable law or regulation.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining Balance subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures. Once an Account is closed, it cannot be reopened, and you must register a new Account if you wish to use grtoto services in the future (subject to our discretion).
grtoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, abuse of bonuses, provision of false information, requests by law enforcement or regulatory authorities, or commercial risk management decisions. In the event of Account closure by grtoto, we may retain your Balance pending investigation and resolution of any outstanding issues.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. grtoto may charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the remaining Balance, whichever is lower, to cover administrative costs. You will be notified via email before dormancy fees are applied. To reactivate a dormant Account, simply log in and contact customer support.
These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which grtoto holds its gaming license. Any legal proceedings must be conducted in English.
In the event of a dispute between you and grtoto, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against grtoto.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Indonesian law or the laws of your jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
